Purchasing Guidelines

  1. Shipments will be scheduled on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders on which ASICRUN has received full payment.
  2. ASICRUN takes care of Custom Clearance and delivers the product to the customer's doorstep to avoid any Customs delays or returned shipments due to a lack of proper documentation.
  3. ASICRUN is covering all Delivery and Customs fees.
  4. Worldwide delivery, except in countries that have customs closed.
  5. Please kindly note that the required input voltage for EliteAR is between 110v and 240v.

Warranty

  1. The warranty includes any type of malfunction as long as the seal is not removed.
  2. In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned as long as you let us know you want to return them within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, and be in ‘as new’ condition. Any free gifts which may have been sent must also be returned. If the returned item(s) affect any promotional discount or offer then this will be adjusted in your refund. Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a full refund.
  3. Items are faulty on arrival. You have the option of an exchange or refund. If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days to inform us. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Ask Customer Services for a pre-paid returns label. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
  4. If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery and call Customer Services. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
